Sweet Cinnamon Latte {THM-FP, Sugar-Free}

Nothing says “cozy” like a good cup of coffee, especially if it’s a latte.  There are many coffee shops that will sell you a latte of many flavors, but that can get expensive…plus, I’m not a latte expert, but I’m pretty sure there are ingredients in the coffee shop lattes that would not be fitting with the THM lifestyle!  Therefore, I bring you my Sweet Cinnamon Latte!

Sweet Cinnamon Latte (THM-FP, Sugar Free)

I was experimenting one evening with some different flavors and I really liked what I came up with.   Cinnamon is one of those warming spices that just makes you feel good.  It has several benefits, one being that it lowers blood sugar levels.

This recipe has the options of Collagen and MCT oil as two extra ingredients.  You can sure make this latte without either of those ingredients, but I highly recommend them both, atleast fairly often.  I myself have 2 Tablespoons of collagen every single day.  I usually add MCT oil as well for the added fat-burning magic!   The flavor will not change with or without collagen & MCT oil, so the choice is yours.

.  I will mention that this recipe will stay in Fuel Pull mode as long as you only use 1 teaspoon of MCT oil.  If you add 2 or more teaspoons of oil, it will change to an S fuel.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pour the coffee in your favorite mug and set aside for a minute.
  2. Mix together in a microwavable bowl: almond milk, sweetener and molasses till combined. Microwave for about a minute.
  3. Add vanilla and cinnamon. Also add collagen and MCT oil if using.
  4. Mix well with a whisk , milk frother or blender then pour over coffee.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!

Notes

Using 2 or more teaspoons of MCT oil will change this to an S fuel. To keep it as a Fuel Pull, use 1 teaspoon of MCT oil.
